Welcome to The Yard Dungarvan. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless stay for our guests. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your room reservation and stay at our property.

1. Reservation Guarantee

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• Certain rate plans or special promotions may require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. These will be clearly stated during the reservation process.
• For group bookings of 3 apartments or more and long-stay reservations of 14 nights or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Please contact us in advance and we will be happy to help.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a full charge.
• Non-refundable rate plans are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• Group bookings of 3 apartments or more require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Long-stay reservations of 14 nights (2 weeks) or more require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

4. Modification of Reservation

• Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
• Requests for date changes or upgrades must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and will be accommodated when possible.

5. Payment Policy

• Payment for all bookings will be taken once the free cancelation period has passed.
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

6. Occupancy and Extra Guests

• Room rates are based on occupancy booked by guests unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
• Children under 3 may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated as part of a special promotion or offer.

7. Smoking and Damage Policy

• The Yard (including all apartments and staircase lobby) is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping in rooms or indoor spaces will result in a €250 deep cleaning fee.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to accommodation property caused by themselves, their guests, or any members of their party and will be subject to cover the cost of damage incurred.

8. Pet Policy

• Pets are not permitted, unless booked in advance to a specific pet friendly apartment (available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge of €25 per night, with the exception of service animals in compliance with EAA regulations.
• If a pet is found in a guest room without prior authorisation, a €250 cleaning fee will be assessed.

9. Special Requests

• Requests for specific apartment features (e.g., high floor, view etc.) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Please contact us directly for special arrangements, including romantic packages, group bookings, or extended stays.

10. Force Majeure

• The Yard Dungarvan is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or civil unrest.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• Guest personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This data is used solely to facilitate your stay and improve our services.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Liability Disclaimer

The accommodation provider is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in apartments or public areas.
